Cheap tickets

If you are booking both online or offline, if you have planned your travel well in advance, you can get cheap tickets by booking early.  Most companies offer an early bird discount, since they get the money early and can invest it.

On the other hand, if there is a lot of spare capacity, last minute travelers can also receive a substantial discount.  However, if there are no vacancies, the traveler will have to make alternate arrangements.
